Our new My Account tenant portal is available 24/7 and allows you to report and schedule a repair, pay your rent, check your rent balance and much more. If you used the previous version of My Account you will be required to re-register using your account number, email address and telephone number and date of birth.
If you haven't used the new portal and aren't sure of your tenancy number, please call our customer services team on 01609 767900 who will be able to provide you with your tenancy number after a couple of checks.
